While AGIS supports the project lifecycle of the full range of systems and capabilities, it also specialises in the definition and delivery of ICT and C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) projects. This includes having ownership of projects based on cross-functional teams which include technical resources such as solutions and enterprise architects, systems engineers, technical project managers, ICT security specialists, IT Service Management consultants, and other specialists.

Cyber-Security Concept and Strategy Development
• AGIS provides a range of cyber-security specialists to DFAT. This is achieved through providing both internal resources as well as teaming with industry-leading SMEs.
• AGIS provides support to Defence’s Strategic Policy and Intelligence Group (SP&IG). This group provides strategic advice and support to Federal Government Departments in the cyber-security arena. In turn, AGIS is providing contracted support to in-house SP&I personnel.
• AGIS has supported key emerging air force projects such as Triton, Reaper, Wedgetail, P-8 and a range of classified capabilities, capturing key architectural views, developing the ICT sourcing strategies, developing the ICT high level designs drawing on IER views.
