  • General Manager – Delivery

    A founding Director of AGIS, Troy is also a former Army Officer, having served as a military IT and communications expert, predominantly within Special Operations Command.

     

    Troy has an exceptional ability to understand the client’s requirements, translate them into systems engineering speak, and ensure successful delivery against the original requirements. Troy’s incessant desire for continual improvement, embracing of new technology, systems and processes ensures he is ideally placed to continue to lead AGIS into the future.

     

  • General Manager – Operations

    As the other founding Director, Joel shares a similar service history to Troy. Since leaving the military, Joel has predominantly focussed on the project/program management discipline, and is responsible for the business development aspects of the company.

     

    Joel enjoys working closely with clients, fostering a harmonious working relationship based on mutual respect and trust.

     

  • Manager, Services Operations

    Teaming with the GM-Ops, Josh leads the client engagement on emerging and in-flight contracts, and ensures all staff and employees are adequately supported from a commercial, reporting and client interaction perspective.

     

    Josh is an exceptional communicator, with a proud heritage as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance specialist Army Officer, with his service career highlight operating in Afghanistan supporting the Special Operations contingent.

     

  • Manager, Delivery

    Ian has recently joined the AGIS team having previously held a number of senior public service roles, predominantly within an ICT environment. Ian was selected and successfully completed the Defence and Strategic Studies Course, and served in Afghanistan as a Reservist Special Forces soldier.

     

    With a Bachelor’ of Engineering (1st Class Honours) majoring in Telecommunications and Electronics and Masters of Systems Engineering, Ian is a natural fit to manage the quality assurance, technical support and thought leadership across AGIS’s ICT clients including CIOG, ASD, VCDFG, NZDF among others.

     

  • Manager, Delivery

    Matthew has been consulting with top tier consulting firms since early 2014 including at the Director level, after a very successful 18-year career in the Australian Army Aviation Corp as a pilot, flying instructor and systems engineer. Matthew is an experienced project manager, asset manager and systems engineer with extensive experience working in, and consulting across Defence.

     

    Matthew has been employed in a variety of technical and management appointments and is extremely well versed and knowledgeable on the Defence structure and operating model, with recent consulting experience across the Capability, Acquisition and Sustainment Group, Special Operation Command, Chief Information Officer’s Group, Army, Navy and the Defence People Group.

     

  • Operations Manager

    Jess is an integral member of the core AGIS team, being responsible for all routine administrative and operational aspects of the business. Jess is not a stranger to Defence, having attended ADFA as an Air Force cadet. Since leaving Defence, Jess has gained a variety of experience working in project support roles, office management, business support, executive assistance and commercial management in for both private and public sector clients.

     

    Jess is conducting a range of tertiary studies in the cyber security and security space up to PhD level. We look forward to seeing her transition into a thought leader in her field of studies.
