The replacement Deployable Wide Area Network program is an essential capability to Defence enabling its deployed forces to securely and reliable exchange Unclassified to Top Secret information with a global reach. To deliver this program, AGIS Group headed up a small project team to control the project’s lifecycle from early concept definition through to sustainment. This involved the team having to develop the full suite of requirements documentation, conduct an open market tender for a Prime Contractor, conduct complex negotiations, manage the Prime’s design, manufacture, delivery and transition to support processes as well as managing expectations across a diverse range of other stakeholders. MAJGEN Milford has commended the work of all industry and ADO personnel involved in the delivery of the project which is a significant capability upgrade for the ADF.

A ~$750m ICT refresh program, this highly complex and integration intensive program, AGIS is providing the ‘above the line’ program management team, being responsible for the successful delivery from pre-Gate 0 to acceptance into service and transition to sustainment.
